Privacy Policy
How Regular Worker collects, uses and protects information about clients, prospects and visitors to regularworker.com.
01 Who we are
Regular Worker ("Regular Worker", "we", "us") is a lead generation agency. We run LinkedIn outreach on behalf of business clients to start conversations with potential buyers and book sales calls. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit regularworker.com, contact us, become a client, or are contacted by us on a client's behalf.
The company responsible for your information is Regular Worker LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 21280, Dover, DE 19904, United States. You can reach us at admin@regularworker.com.
02 Information we collect
When you contact us
Your name, email address, company, website or LinkedIn profile, details about your business, and anything you write in the message.
If you are a client
- Contact and billing details of the people we work with.
- Information about your offer, ideal customers and sales process.
- Access to your LinkedIn account and calendar, which you grant so we can run outreach and book calls.
- Results data such as conversations started, replies and calls booked.
If you are a prospect we contact for a client
Professional information you or your employer made available on LinkedIn, such as your name, job title, company, industry, location and public profile content, plus the messages exchanged with you. If you book a call, we also handle the name, email and time you provide when booking.
When you browse the site
Our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
03 How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and set up calls.
- To deliver our service to clients: building target lists, sending outreach, handling replies and booking calls.
- To report results to clients and improve their campaigns.
- To invoice clients and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To protect the site and our business from fraud and misuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use prospect data for any purpose other than the client campaign it was collected for.
04 Prospects contacted on a client's behalf
When we contact you on LinkedIn, we do so on behalf of a specific client, from that client's account. For that outreach, the client decides who is contacted and why, and we process the information on their instructions.
- Opting out. If you reply that you're not interested or ask us to stop, we stop contacting you for that client.
- No mass harvesting. We only use professional information relevant to the outreach, and we do not build or resell general databases of people.
- Questions. You can ask which client a message was sent for, or ask us to delete your information, by emailing admin@regularworker.com.
05 Legal bases
Where laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on:
- Contract, to provide services to clients.
- Legitimate interests, for business-to-business outreach using professional information, for answering enquiries, and for keeping the site secure. Prospects can object at any time.
- Consent, where the law requires it. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.
06 Who we share it with
- Clients. We share prospect conversations and booked calls only with the client the outreach was run for.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting (Vercel), form handling, email, calendar scheduling, CRM and outreach tools. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections described here.
07 International transfers
We work with clients and prospects in different countries, and some of our service providers store data outside your country. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.
08 How long we keep it
- Prospect data: for the length of the client campaign, then deleted or returned to the client, unless the client instructs otherwise or the law requires us to keep it.
- Opt-out requests: kept as long as needed to make sure we don't contact you again.
- Messages from the contact form: up to 12 months if they don't lead to an engagement.
- Client and billing records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
09 Security
We limit access to people who need it, use reputable providers with encryption in transit and at rest, and protect client account credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
10 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under the GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and Costa Rica's Law 8968 on personal data protection, among others.
To make a request, email admin@regularworker.com. We will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11 Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful; it works without cookies and does not identify you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Call booking is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when you open the booking calendar; see Calendly's privacy policy for details.
12 Children
Our services are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
13 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top, and for significant changes we will notify clients by email.
