Terms and Conditions
The rules for using regularworker.com and working with Regular Worker as a client.
01 About these terms
These terms govern your use of regularworker.com and your relationship with Regular Worker LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Regular Worker", "we", "us") as a client. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
If you sign a separate service agreement or proposal with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
02 Our service
Regular Worker provides done-for-you LinkedIn lead generation. Depending on your plan, this includes defining your ideal customer, building target lists, optimizing your LinkedIn profile, writing outreach messages, running daily outreach and follow-ups from your LinkedIn account, handling replies, booking sales calls onto your calendar, and reporting results.
03 Results
We aim to book 10–30 additional sales calls per month for clients, and we work hard to reach that. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, profile, and how LinkedIn treats outreach at the time. Unless your service agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee a specific number of calls, deals or revenue. Closing the calls we book is your responsibility.
04 Fees and payment
- Tech setup. A one-time setup fee, quoted in your proposal, covers building your target list, profile and messaging before launch.
- Per booked call. $250 USD, or $350 AUD for clients billed in Australian dollars, for each qualified sales call we book on your calendar. What counts as a qualified booked call, including how no-shows are handled, is defined in your service agreement.
- Term and cancellation. Any minimum term, notice period and refund terms are set in your service agreement.
- Late payment. Invoices are due on the date shown. We may pause outreach on overdue accounts.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
05 Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, offer and ideal customers.
- Grant and keep the account access we need, such as LinkedIn and calendar access, and tell us before changing passwords or security settings.
- Approve outreach messages before launch, and make sure every claim about your business is true.
- Use your own LinkedIn account in line with LinkedIn's User Agreement and the laws that apply to you.
- Show up to booked calls, or reschedule them yourself.
06 LinkedIn accounts
Outreach runs from your LinkedIn account. We follow conservative daily limits and send personal, relevant messages to keep your account in good standing. LinkedIn sets its own rules and can restrict or suspend any account at its discretion. We are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes on your account, and we cannot guarantee access to LinkedIn or any of its features.
07 Outreach and prospect data
You decide who we target. Together we only contact business professionals, honor every opt-out, and use prospect information only for your campaign. Each side is responsible for complying with the privacy and marketing laws that apply to it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
08 Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, send spam through the contact form, or upload harmful files. We may block access for anyone who does.
09 Intellectual property
The site's content, design and the Regular Worker name and branding belong to us. Message scripts written for your campaign may be used by you for your own business. Our methods, templates and internal tools remain ours.
10 Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential, including your account credentials, prospect lists, pricing and results, and uses it only to perform the service.
11 Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always online. Information on the site is general and isn't legal, tax or marketing compliance advice.
12 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost deals or loss of a LinkedIn account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless your service agreement says otherwise.
14 Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes don't affect a signed service agreement unless both sides agree.
